Please, in order to meet your expectations -and ours- we invite you to read these following sections carefully in order for you to agree to these Terms & Policies.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive to Zenzes® 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Punctuality is greatly appreciated as a token of respect to other clients and the therapist. Should you arrive late for your treatment, we may have to reduce your treatment time in order to fit our other clients. We might be ourselves sometimes a bit delayed with clients and we would contact you if we are more than 5 minutes late. We thank you in advance for your patience, and remember to drink plenty of water before and after your treatments.
WEEK-END & RESERVATIONS:
Weekend reservations might be subject to online pre-payment, when securing a credit card upon booking.
Between May 1st and August 31st (High Season), treatments are subject to be pre-paid.
During Christmas season (November 25th to December 31st), all treatments are subject to securing credit card on hold during online reservation process.
Weekend Couples Massage are pre-paid by charging the credit card required on-hold.
CANCELLATION or “NO-SHOW” POLICY:
In order to respect our utmost attention to detail in our treatments, room availability, therapist availability, location and transportation, and perishable goods such as fruit among others, we ask for your understanding in complying with our cancellation policy
We require a 48 hours time frame of cancellation notice prior to scheduled time, except for Couples Massage, Wellness Retreat and Le-Noir Treatment which require a time frame of 3 days cancellation notice prior to scheduled time.
Zenzes Wellness® proudly uses No Risk Inkasso Agency for customers who do not abide to our conditions, but specially who show no respect for others.
Cancellation fees:
Standard treatments such as Sportsmassage, Relaxation Redefined and others = Full amount
2x40 Couples Massage = Full amount
Dual Zenzation Couples Massage = Full amount
Spanish Gastronomy Menu = Full amount
Le-Noir Treatment & Wellness Retreat = 2.000 Kr.
Klippekort (Clip Cards) are non-refundable. However, Redeem Code can be transferred and/or shared with someone you choose.
Gift Certificates and Vouches are non-refundable. However, Redeem Codes can be shared with your dear ones or can be transferred to another person.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION:
Zenzes® does not discriminate against race, sex, or religion. However, should a client discriminate against race, sex, or religion, we reserve the right to decline admission and treatment. Hygiene is of utmost importance, and therefore we do reserve the right to provide treatment to those clients who do not have a minimum required hygiene.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Our Gift Certificates, physical and virtual, expire six months from purchase date. We offer an additional six months extension as a token of appreciation. After the grace period, certificates cannot longer be extended. Gift certificates are transferable and can be redeemed online or by contacting our reservations department. Zenzes Wellness follows Danish Consumer Law in order to comply with the purchasing of Gift Certificates within the Wellness Industry. PAYMENTS:
We accept all major credit cards and online payment processing. Treatments can be payed either in advanced using our online payment processor or after the treatment at our wellness center. We also process credit card payments over the phone, should you want to provide a gift certificate or a treatment for someone. Payments can be processed in either DKK or EUR for your convenience, if yo are a non-danish resident. We accept Mobilepay in Denmark.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
If you suffer from any medical conditions, are taking any medication or may have allergies that may affect your treatment, please advise your therapist prior to your treatment. We would like to provide special focus to this section to clients who might suffer from ADHD, Autism or chronic depression, as some of the treatments might cause negative results. Please, consult with your therapist.
Pregnancy: Please advise your therapist if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant so that we can advise the correct treatment.
Clients under the age of 18 years old shall be accompanied by an adult.
YOUR CONSENT:
In order to meet and exceed your expectations (and ours), and due to the nature of some of the treatments that Zenzes Wellness offer and provide to you as a client, we need to ask you for your consent in order for us to provide you with your selected treatment that abides to manipulating your structural bone skeleton and/or muscles, tendons, ligaments, the nerve system, the emotional system, and the sensory system.
Therefore, and by agreeing to our Zenzes Wellness Written Consent request, you give us with your consent to provide you with the treatment you have booked with Zenzes.
Zenzes Wellness® offers and provides treatments to you via our website and onlinebooking system that need your specific input, request, selection or demand in order for us to provide you with the specific treatment of your choice, and for us to clearly meet your expectations. Therefore, each and every treatment that Zenzes Wellness provide includes a list of options which enables the client to specifically select options as the client sees fit. By providing the client with a list of different choices, options, and/or methods of treatment, Zenzes Wellness assures to provide you with the most clear understanding for your needs and request, and therefore allowing us to be ready beforehand to meet each others expectations.
Zenzes Wellness® understands that clients can be in doubt, uncertain, or hesitate, upon booking a treatment, and therefore Zenzes Wellness would like hereby to describe for you with further scope of detail about some of the options and/or methods that you can expect from us. Moreover, it is our utmost customer service protocol to “always” go over and explain your treatment in order for you to feel safe at all times, but also to protect ourselves from misunderstandings or wrong expectations. For example:
- When choosing to be treated using "Soft touch": This type of technique is used to trigger the nerve system and restoring sensory deprivation areas that often are not treated. Please, let us know if this is an inconvenience for you so you can choose another type of technique to be applied.
- Medical Conditions: Some medical conditions that a client may have might prevent us from providing treatments using specific techniques such as Deep Tissue treatments. These medical conditions are, but not limited to, Diabetes, Pacemakers, Cancer, High blood pressure, pregnancy, and/or certain types of depressions. Should you have a medical condition that applies, please consult your doctor if a vigorous deep tissue treatment would acceptable for you. We can always provide you with a different treatment. We would like to provide special focus to this section to clients who might suffer from ADHD, Autism or chronic depression, as some of the treatments might cause negative results. Please, consult with your therapist.
- When choosing a Hawaiian Sacred® Lomi Massage: This method of bodywork consist of providing you with a journey within yourself by using long stroke techniques that imitate the waves of the sea and the trees of a forest. Fully unclothed is suggested, as your whole body as a unit is fully massaged, helping you at releasing stress at various points of your body. We will provide you with a variety of sarongs that you can use to cover your body when you first lay down on the table before we start with the treatment. If you are not comfortable at being fully unclothed, please let us know so we can provide you with other variation of bodywork.
